Project MEP Lead

Role Description

The Project MEP Lead will oversee the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction and building projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, supervising MEP teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The individual will also work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and project management.
• Experience with construction processes, design review, installation, and system maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used for MEP design, modeling, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within MEP or construction project management.
• Professional certification or license in Coren, MEP, such as PMP or relevant engineering certifications, is an advantage.
