Project Planner

Introduction

Well-established building and civil engineering contracting firm in Lagos is seeking an experienced Project Planner with advanced MS Project skills to join their team. This role will support multiple project sites with planning, scheduling and reporting.

• Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Resource Planning
• Coordination with Project Teams
• Risk Analysis & Mitigation
• Cost & Time Control Support
• Tender & Pre-Construction Support
• Compliance & Documentation
• Site Visits & Project Support

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous project planning experience working in African countries
• Valid passport
• Advanced MS Project experience
• Strong planning & organisational skills by assisting various Project managers with multiple projects

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: USD 5,500 – 6,500 per month
• Allowance: USD 500 per month
• Accommodation: Fully furnished accommodation provided
• Domestic Support: Household assistance included with accommodation
• Transport: Vehicle and driver provided
• Medical Insurance: Fully covered
• Leave: Five (5) weeks’ paid leave per completed year
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00
  • Saturdays as operationally required
• Travel Requirements: Travel within Nigeria to various project sites as required
• Flights: Two (2) return flights per year to country of origin
• Dependants: Accommodation for spouse, where applicable
• Visas: CERPAC work visa and dependent visa, where applicable
