Your Tasks

• Participation in the planning, execution, evaluation and control of a sub-project in shipbuilding until completion.
• Creation and maintenance of network diagrams for scheduling and resource planning of project phases based on reference projects, standard network diagrams and customer-specific requirements.
• Analysis of schedule deviations, identification of critical paths, and creation of qualitative assessments and solutions.
• Survey and analysis of the technical degree of completion and its evaluation
• Assessment of schedule and resource risks and demand for action if necessary
• Presentation of analyses and findings

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Additional qualification in the field of Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, IPMA or comparable
• Experience in using common project planning tools
• Product knowledge in the field of naval shipbuilding is an advantage.
• Experience in applying project planning methods in complex project situations
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Project
• Good technical understanding
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high level of commitment
