About the role

Your Role

  • Holistic support of the procurement process for demanding projects from order to on-time delivery
  • Central interface between customers, interior design team, and supply partners with clear communication and coordination responsibility
  • Development and management of the FF&E procurement strategy, considering budget, schedule, and customer requirements – from planning to implementation
  • Identification, evaluation, and selection of suitable suppliers with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality
  • Conducting price analyses and confident negotiation with a clear focus on results and costs
  • Close coordination with the design team and customers for the optimal balance between design standards and budget
  • Management and coordination of delivery and installation, as well as all involved project parties
  • Central point of contact for all purchasing-related topics with the goal of ensuring structure, transparency, and commitment in the project

Your Profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or commercial studies in business administration
  • Extensive experience in managing FF&E projects across all project phases
  • Holistic view of processes, costs, and quality
  • High personal drive to develop things further, take responsibility, and actively advance projects
  • Ideally, experience in the hotel/hospitality industry, residential and real estate projects, or retail
  • Sound knowledge of project management as well as procurement and purchasing processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee complex project structures, prioritize clearly, and precisely manage workflows
  • Confident demeanor combined with negotiation skills and clear argumentation
  • Enjoyment of further development and motivation to actively shape the FF&E area
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
