About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Product Manager with agency or multi-account experience. This role requires someone who can confidently manage timelines, budgets, project scopes, and communication across several concurrent projects while bridging the gap between clients and development teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, tech-savvy, comfortable using AI productivity tools, and experienced with project management platforms such as Asana.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Management

• Manage multiple client accounts and digital projects simultaneously

• Lead client discovery meetings and gather detailed project requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up

• Ensure projects align with client expectations, business goals, and timelines

Project Planning & Coordination

• Create and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Coordinate internal resources including developers, designers, marketers, and contractors

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Organize sprint planning, task delegation, and workflow management using Asana

Technical Documentation

• Translate client website and digital requirements into structured technical documentation

• Write detailed project briefs, user stories, feature requirements, and task specifications for developers

• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful execution

• Maintain organized project documentation and SOPs

Budgeting & Operations

• Develop project estimates and budgets

• Track project hours, expenses, and profitability

• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and budget reporting

• Support operational improvements and workflow optimization

AI & Process Optimization

• Use AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, planning, and reporting

• Implement efficient systems and workflows to improve team performance

• Stay updated on emerging AI and project management technologies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project management, product management, or agency account management

• Experience managing multiple digital or web development projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of website development workflows and digital production

• Experience writing technical documentation or developer-ready requirements

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Jira

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced agency environment

• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and project cost tracking

• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation tools, or AI productivity platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience preferred

• Familiarity with UX/UI, SEO, CMS platforms, and web technologies

• Understanding of agile workflows and sprint management

• Experience coordinating remote teams or contractors

• Familiarity with digital marketing and branding projects

• Experience with automation tools and AI workflows is a strong asset

Pay: $66,843.60-$100,000.00 per year
