About

The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. The Project/Program Manager III oversees all aspects of projects/program. This person sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. They will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage early career programs such as internships, co-ops, and new graduate rotational programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align programs with workforce planning and organizational goals
  • Develop program curricula, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor program performance using data and analytics; Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., universities)
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging participant experience that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
  • Track participant progress and support career development and conversion to full-time roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in program management
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with early career or university recruiting programs preferred
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks
  • Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting and inclusive program design
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
