The Role

The department ensures that processes are effectively applied in projects and to products, taking contractual requirements into account, and that project-relevant QM tasks are efficiently completed. This ensures that project and product goals are achieved with low risk within the performance, time, and cost framework.

Your Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Development and implementation of quality management systems and ensuring compliance with processes according to ISO standards and contractual requirements
• Project Work: Independent work as a quality engineer in project teams, including planning and execution of all quality tasks over the entire product life cycle
• Customer and Supplier Communication: Contact person for customers and suppliers in project-related quality topics to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction
• Risk Management: Ensuring risk-minimized achievement of project goals within the scope of performance, time, and costs
• Test Planning and Validation: Participation in test planning, product verification and validation, and certification of systems, sub-systems, and equipment
• FMEA Moderation: Moderation of FMEA sessions to identify and minimize potential risks
• Documentation and Reporting: Creation and maintenance of quality documentation and regular reporting on quality metrics and developments

Your Profile

• Completed degree in engineering, natural sciences, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the defense industry
• Sound knowledge of the relevant EN 9100 standards
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working
