Attached to our BA Places, our "Project & Program Management" division works on demanding and complex construction projects due to their technical nature, in various fields such as data centers, hotels, offices, logistics, and industrial projects.

We have acquired recognized expertise by carrying out prestigious projects in France and around the world.

A significant portion of our clients are international clients with assets or entities in French-speaking countries, for whom we manage projects (AMO and MOD) and costs, as well as consulting and feasibility studies.

We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our Datacenter team, as part of a major project for a renowned client.

Position located at our Paris office (possibility of being based at one of our other offices in France).

Missions

• Examine and analyze complex construction schedules and provide advice, guidance, and reports on project progress and forecasts using Primavera P6.
• Manage the integrated master schedule.
• Visit ongoing construction sites and verify work progress. Verify that progress conforms to the project schedule and other project documents.
• Inform the client of actual progress and its financial implications.
• Develop potential recovery plans in terms of time and cost.
• Review and analyze construction-related claims and provide, if necessary, advice, guidance, and reports on contractual entitlements and quantification of damages, for use in dispute resolution proceedings, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• CPM planning and practical use of Primavera P6 software for project control and delay assessment.
• Write reports and prepare charts and graphs to support and present analyses.

Profile

You have solid technical skills and bring us:

• Proven experience in a planning-related role.
• Good written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with the client and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Previous experience in data centers or other large projects is an asset.
• Fluent English.
