About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating projects and vendors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
  • Support coordination, communication, and resource allocation for productions.
  • Liaise with crew, cast, and talents to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Handle production enquiries from the public.
  • Prepare reports covering pre-production to post-production activities.
  • Assist with location setup, props, and costumes.
  • Maintain records of equipment usage and custody on set.
  • Build positive working relationships with cast and crew.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration or related course.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a media firm.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of production processes from pre-production to post-production.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Planning, organization, persuasion, and time-management skills.
