As part of the PERI Group, we deliver fully integrated solutions for tunnel construction projects – from design and manufacturing to on-site installation and project management.

For the support of the DACH region, we maintain a close partnership with METTLER Engineering GmbH, based in the canton of Uri. In this constellation, our colleagues from METTLER Engineering take over direct leadership and are your first point of contact. You will benefit from comprehensive and structured training in your future area of responsibility, which is individually designed by our partner company. This ensures that you are optimally prepared for your tasks and become part of an experienced team from the outset.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for project execution from concept development to commissioning of formwork systems and special machines
• Main point of contact for customers and interface between engineering, production, and site teams
• Coordination of design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
• Supervision of installation, commissioning, and site activities
• Ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and contractual requirements
• Active support for problem-solving and value engineering throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Regular reporting and systematic exchange of experience with the involved departments.

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field
• At least 2 years of experience in project management (ideally in tunnel construction, heavy industry, or plant/mechanical engineering)
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel
