Project/Program Manager

About

You will lead complex, enterprise-level technology programs from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement during RFP and competitive bid processes.
• Develop comprehensive HCM business cases, detailing strategic objectives, benefits, and cost analysis.
• Optimize resource allocation and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Coordinate internal and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and measure project performance against defined methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience implementing large-scale, complex HCM solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HCM platforms, including Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in managing the full project lifecycle within PMO governance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
• Proficiency in business analysis, enterprise architecture, and application validation.
• Proven ability to manage risk, including implementing mitigation techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with AI-driven tools and automation in HR.
