About
A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of the Maximo Greenfield transformation program.
- Build and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, and dependencies.
- Drive alignment between business teams, technical teams, and vendors.
- Run governance forums, steering meetings, and leadership updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders across all workstreams.
- Oversee solution design, integrations, data migration, and testing readiness.
- Ensure business requirements align with Maximo configuration and processes.
- Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation plans.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper impact assessment.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and track vendor deliverables.
- Manage program budget, forecasts, and resource planning.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and deployment readiness.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Lead go live, hypercare, and transition to steady state support.
