Project Site Manager

Go Green Design is a well-established leader in the industry, with over 10 years of experience manufacturing and installing premium aluminium and frameless products. We specialize in the high-end residential and commercial construction sectors.

We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Project Site Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate on-site measurements for the manufacturing and installation of aluminum and frameless products.
• Interpret job cards with high accuracy to provide clear instructions to the factory, ensuring products are manufactured exactly to design specifications.
• Effectively manage 3–4 installation teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project duration.
• Ensure all installations are completed on schedule and meet the company’s premium quality standards.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with Construction Foremen regarding project progress, manufacturing lead times, and site-readiness expectations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience working safely and effectively on active construction sites.
• A solid understanding of aluminum and/or frameless glass products.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on detail.
