Your Tasks – Diverse and International

• Development and structured implementation of projects in the legal field, including maintenance of related documentation
• Planning, preparation, and execution of appointments with external partners, including at the legislative level
• Independent coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of deadlines and appointments
• Administrative preparation and structured compilation of legal documents and presentations
• Support as an internal contact person for regulatory developments and compliance issues

Your Profile – What You Bring

• Strong interest in topics such as government relations, regulation, lobbying, or advocacy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as confident handling of different stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
• Proficient in presentation and willingness to develop into a technical expert.
• Proactive, independent way of working and motivation to drive high industry standards.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Reliable adherence to deadlines and precise work – especially in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Self-responsibility, reliability, and discretion are a matter of course for you
• Very good MS Office skills
