Your Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of machinery and process plants along our value chain.
• Planning, specification, and introduction of existing or new systems in ongoing operations.
• Development and implementation of technical concepts to increase productivity, quality, and plant efficiency.
• Conducting process analyses (e.g., material flow, throughput, causes of downtime) and deriving concrete improvement measures.
• Close collaboration with production, maintenance, plant engineering, and external partners/suppliers.
• Technical support for investment projects – from the idea through specifications to commissioning and acceptance.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards, occupational safety, and quality guidelines.
• Training and support of specialist departments in the introduction of new technologies, processes, and plants.
• Continuous monitoring of technical trends and evaluation of their potential application for our company.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in plant, mechanical engineering, or process technology.
• Experience in automation and conveying technology is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with common ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic, implementation-strong work style.
• High communication skills, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm for change processes.
