We Are Looking For

PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

LOCATION: POTSDAM, LUDWIGSFELDE

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the planning, management, and monitoring of the construction project for the new EMEA Headquarters in Ludwigsfelde, which is currently in the implementation phase, and will ensure its successful completion together with the project team.
• You will coordinate all internal and external partners involved in the project – including clients, authorities, architects, specialist planners, and service providers – and ensure a smooth project flow.
• You will keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality objectives, create and maintain project and schedule plans as well as budgets, and ensure their adherence.
• You will identify project risks early on, develop suitable solutions, and actively contribute to conflict and risk management.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable qualification (Master Craftsman/Technician)
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing complex projects with interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
