Projektierung - Software Design Engineering (m/w/d)

Your Mission

• Recognize opportunities to optimize, extend, upgrade, or modernize existing software solutions for customer plants.
• Determine how to best translate customer needs into a comprehensive logistical solution.
• Collaborate with Account Managers in Graz and KNAPP locations to develop detailed system and service solutions together with customers.
• Define necessary project phases, assess effort, and create cost calculations.
• Design sustainable, solution‑oriented standards and concepts.
• Maintain customer contact and undertake occasional business trips (approximately 20%).

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, university, FH, etc.) with initial professional experience.
• General understanding of software and basic knowledge of networking (routing, switching, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for intralogistics.
• Proficiency in English; German is ideal.
• Team‑oriented, high learning readiness, engaged, and enjoys customer interaction.
