Project Leader Bid Management Office (w/m/d)

Innerhalb des Programmbereichs „X-Band Radars“ werden komplexe Projekte abgewickelt, die typischerweise durch hohe Auftragsvolumen, hohe Stückzahlen und eine Vielzahl von internen Leistungserbringern gekennzeichnet sind

Your Responsibilities

• Support the creation of the program/project plan (Project Structure, WBS, quantity structure, schedule, resource allocation)
• Monitor compliance with the plan, and propose and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations from target/actual in coordination with the assigned program/project
• Ensure scheduling in coordination with project management
• Support proactive risk and opportunity management with the initiation of measures for risk minimization or avoidance
• Create and present transparent reports and forecasts, as well as monthly program reports
• Define and record the data necessary for program management (integrated project planning)
• Contribute to the control and monitoring of technical-economic project execution with a focus on costs, performance/work progress, and cost optimization
• Support project reviews for implementation, including actions

Your Profile

• Completed studies in engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable field
• Proven experience in a comparable position
• Relevant experience in project and risk management
• Good knowledge in the application of PMO-related planning tools (MS Office, MS-Project, SAP) and RiMiS is an advantage
• Ability to analyze deviations and take appropriate measures
• Experience in cost-effective/economic project, change, and risk management
• High communication and teamwork skills, persuasion, and conflict resolution competence
• Very good German and English language skills
