Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of large-scale projects (budget, scope, time, quality)
• Central point of contact for the strategically important customer
• Leadership and coordination of project teams (internal & external)
• Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and technology partners
• Establishment and adherence to project management methods, governance, and reporting
• Proactive risk, change, and escalation management
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety-relevant requirements
• Regular reporting to steering boards and management

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in large-scale telecommunications or IT projects
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Network and system landscapes (e.g., mobile, fixed-line, core/access, IT systems)
  • Rollout, migration, and transformation projects
  • Contract and claims management
• Confident use of classic and hybrid project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Agile elements)
• Experience with high project volumes (several million EUR)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• High customer and solution orientation
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Resilience and composure in critical project situations
• Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness combined with a cooperative demeanor

We offer a market-competitive gross annual salary starting from EUR 80,000 per year. Overpayment commensurate with actual qualifications and experience is intended.
