As an AV Project Manager B2B, you ensure that our clients have great enjoyment of their multimedia solution and/or product. Through good personnel and material planning and close support during the project, you are able to keep an overview at all times. You resolve any unforeseen events with calm and determination. As a "business card", you represent our company and our values. You look after existing and potential clients as you would like to be looked after and served yourself. With your commitment, you make an important contribution to the growth of Lehner Akustik AG. With your personal touch, you help to prove to our clients that we competently and with passion offer them unique service and long-term added value around their AV and IT needs, so that they gladly return to us at any time and also recommend us without reservation.

Your Tasks

  • Needs assessment of the client, if necessary on-site visit
  • Creation of a tailor-made offer (in cooperation with sales)
  • Coordination of technical and administrative tasks
  • Coordination of internal and external technicians, clean handover of projects
  • Personal support of your client before, during, and after the project
  • Monitoring of technological developments in the market, competitors, and trends

Requirements

  • An apprenticeship as a Multimedia Electronics Technician, Radio/TV Electrician, or similar
  • Further training in project management, organization, or similar
  • Experience in a similar position, high identification with our business, products, and services
  • High sense of responsibility, independent and reliable
  • Flexibility and interest in learning new things
  • Team player, communicative, positive
  • Ability to handle criticism and conflicts, resilient under pressure, and assertive demeanor
  • Well-groomed appearance and experienced in dealing with demanding customers
  • Fluent German
  • Valid driver's license category B.
