Our client is an innovative scale-up specializing in the sustainable transformation of residential buildings through high-quality heating solutions. Since its founding in 2018, the company has been supporting households in switching to gas-free heating systems.

The company offers its customers a comprehensive service – from installation to support with subsidy applications. With a dedicated team of around forty employees at its locations in The Hague and Utrecht, our client has become an important player in the energy transition. Now, expansion into the German market is planned – starting in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in setting up and managing our operational processes in Germany. You will coordinate the entire installation process – from contract signing to successful implementation – ensuring that all procedures are optimally prepared and carried out smoothly.

You will work closely with the team in the Netherlands, act as a central point of contact for installations in Germany, and take on your responsibilities with a high degree of personal accountability – supported by experienced colleagues and established processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of installation projects – from planning to successful implementation;
• Translation of closed deals into concrete and actionable installation plans;
• Planning installations together with customers and tracking progress along the customer journey;
• Coordination and collaboration with installation partners and service providers;
• Preparation and securing of materials, tools, and logistical processes for optimal workflow;
• Close collaboration with local colleagues and the teams in the Netherlands (Sales, Operations, Engineering);
• Ensuring on-time, efficient, and high-quality project execution;
• Early identification of challenges and proactive problem-solving with customers and partners;
• Continuous optimization of processes and working methods.

Your Profile

You have a technical background and at least one year of experience in work preparation, project coordination, or in the field of installation projects. Now you are ready for the next step in your career.

You will benefit from:

• A technical education (e.g., in HVAC, building technology, or energy systems) or a comparable qualification;
• At least one year of experience in work preparation, project coordination, or in the installation environment;
• Affinity for heating systems (e.g., heat pumps, boilers, or comparable systems);
• Fluent German and good English skills.

• €3,500 - €4,500 gross monthly salary, depending on your experience;
