Your Responsibilities

• Building progress from ideas with passion
• You will strategically lead the cross-departmental development of strategically relevant data infrastructures and pipelines, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will support colleagues in Data Science with technical expertise on the feasibility of customized data visualizations for senior management.
• You will aggregate data from various sources via a scalable IT architecture, making a central contribution to the implementation of our strategy of "data-driven management decisions".
• You will independently lead exciting digitalization projects and analyze existing processes and products for digitalization potential.
• You will be responsible for the connection, integration, and evaluation of process data and digital workflows in various technical and logistical processes.
• You will develop and implement innovative processes and strategies that increase the company's efficiency and competitiveness.

Your Profile

• Completed studies with a focus on Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Logistics, or IT.
• Analytical skills, especially excellent process understanding, customer and service orientation, and organizational talent.
• Confident use of MS Office, SAP, and ideally experience with Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Fabric, PowerBI, and Celonis.
• High degree of initiative, structured and independent working style, and teamwork skills.
• Appreciative and convincing communication skills.
