About Us

We are looking for reinforcement in our team for project management, emergency management, and consulting & training in museums and archives.

Your Mission

• Project Management: Creation of project plans (WBS, Gantt), cost/time/personnel plans (Excel), and documentation for relocation and inventory management in museums and archives.
• Emergency Management: Development, implementation, and training of emergency plans (including emergency binders, site/fire department route maps) and moderation of exercises (tabletop simulations).
• Consulting & Training: Active training and support of museum and archive teams.

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Magister, or Diplom) in Restoration-Conservation, Museology, or Cultural Studies (e.g., Art History, Archaeology).
• Sound MS 365 knowledge (especially Excel, Teams) and experience with project management software (Gantt-Project, MS Project, or similar).
• Driver's license class 3 / B / BE.

Desirable

• Professional experience in museums, archives, monument authorities (including self-employed/freelance).
• Experience in interdisciplinary communication & dialogue methods.
• Affinity for agile, remote work and digital tools.
• Open, collegial demeanor with a constructive error culture.
