For our subsidiary INDUGA, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) for the Project Management & Installation department as soon as possible.

As an internationally operating plant engineering company, INDUGA Industrieofen- und Gießereianlagen GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of OTTO JUNKER GmbH, develops and supplies induction furnace, automatic casting systems, and plasma heating systems for the foundry and steel industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and control of the entire order processing from start to finish, considering quality, cost, and schedule requirements throughout the entire project duration (end-to-end project management).
• Order processing as the primary point of contact for customers and project team members.
• Continuous project controlling, especially monitoring costs and contract deadlines.
• Coordination and management of capacity bottlenecks, conflicting goals, cost deviations, etc.
• Management of unavoidable changes in project planning, particularly regarding resource requirements, resource scheduling, conflicting goals, and cost deviations.
• Claim management towards the customer for additional claims.
• Proof of performance to the customer (acceptance).
• Monitoring of complete project documentation.
• Creation and updating of project data in the company-specific ERP system Navision.
