Your Tasks

• Planning and execution of switchgear construction projects in the high and extra-high voltage range in central and southern Germany
• Technical leadership of project personnel, including personnel deployment planning, and acting as a central interface for technicians, site management, and assembly
• Creation and coordination of schedules and calculation of offers
• Control and adjustment of projects, including participation in site meetings and continuous optimization of project processes
• Direct customer contact as well as support in acquisition and management of ongoing projects
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, quality, and environment

What You Bring

• Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship and/or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in project leadership or project management
• Ideally, experience in switchgear construction
• Very good German language skills and confident use of MS Office; English skills are an advantage
• Driver's license class B
• Structured and conscientious work approach, negotiation skills, and teamwork ability
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
