About Us

We – the Apleona Nordost GmbH – are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and shape your future with us!

Your Role

• Independent management of projects in facility and property management
• Central point of contact for our clients – from inquiry to project completion
• Creation and calculation of offers
• Planning, control, and implementation of projects in compliance with time, budget, and quality specifications
• Coordination of internal and external project participants
• Multiplier for GRE measures and active support in implementing corresponding strategies
• Documentation and reporting of project progress

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in building services / property and facility management
• Solid technical background, ideally with training in a craft trade and/or master craftsman qualification
• Demonstrable knowledge in project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Driver's license class B
