Project Lead in Youth Services (Styria)

Locations in Graz, Liezen, and Southeast Styria

Full-time/Part-time, starting September

Responsibilities

• Professional leadership of consultants, deployment planning, and targeted development and support of the team
• Organization and execution of regular team meetings and ensuring quality standards through intervisions and supervisions
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintenance and expansion of the network with system partners
• Management of project budgets and creation and review of billing

Qualifications

• Completed studies in social pedagogy, educational sciences, or social work
• At least one year of experience in leading and managing teams
• Relevant experience and enjoyment in working with young people
• Very good knowledge of the Austrian educational landscape and regional network partners
• Trustworthy personality with a strong sense of discretion
• Current criminal record certificate for "Child and Youth Welfare"
• Very good computer application skills

Salary

For the position, a minimum gross salary for 40 hours per week (full-time) of €3,933.50 applies. Depending on recognized prior service, classification into a higher step is foreseen.
