The Strategic Productivity and Process Management department in the Parcel & Logistics division designs the strategic and tactical further development of the Austrian Post AG logistics network, including supporting the executive and operational management in planning, evaluating, and implementing central infrastructure and network decisions – particularly location planning and long-term process design.

Responsibilities

• You lead and manage strategic projects, prepare selected topics for operational implementation, and provide methodological support.
• You develop network, location, and process concepts, including variant evaluation, business cases, and professional preparation of decision documents.
• You take over program and project management for large, interdisciplinary teams.
• You independently prepare diverse information, analyze it, and derive clear recommendations for action.

Qualifications

• Completed technical and/or economic education (HTL, FH, University degree)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and data analysis; logistics or consulting background is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both technically and at management level, as well as experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Excellent German and business-fluent English skills
