Your Tasks

• Conceptual creation of projects during the planning phase
• Leading internal project teams
• Ensuring qualitative and cost-effective project processing
• Ensuring contract fulfillment
• Coordination between the office and external stakeholders
• Securing the interface for subsequent planning phases
• Legally ensuring the approvability of construction projects

Your Skills

• Completed architecture degree
• Experience in SIA 102 phases and project management
• Independent project leadership
• Organizational talent and good communication skills
• Reliability, resilience, and commitment
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Fluent German, spoken and written
