About Us

We are an aspiring, internationally active company. We develop, produce, and distribute tailor-made solutions for heat transfer and heat recovery, as well as air treatment and dehumidification. With our energy consulting, we support industrial companies, service providers, public bodies, and energy efficiency programs in analyzing energy consumption, reducing CO₂ emissions, and implementing economically sensible measures.

To strengthen and further develop our energy consulting team, Anytherm is looking for an experienced, independent, and technically interested personality in the role of:

Project Management Industrial Energy Consulting and Heat Recovery

with the option for technical and team responsibility

Your Tasks

• Energy Consulting: You will advise national and international clients from industry, services, and public administration on energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, and heat recovery.
• Heat Recovery: You will analyze and optimize industrial processes, identify potentials in waste heat, steam, cooling, or ventilation, and work closely with engineering and plant construction.
• Energy Management: You will take responsibility for demanding energy consulting mandates and work on conceptual tasks such as target agreements, monitoring, energy consumption analyses, funding programs, and energy and CO₂ reporting.
• Decarbonization: You will develop decarbonization plans, action concepts, and Net-Zero roadmaps for real industrial processes.
• Further Development: You will help to further develop our energy consulting services in terms of content, organization, and commercial aspects, and to win new clients and mandates.

Your Profile

• Education: You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in mechanical engineering, energy and environmental technology, process engineering, HVAC, building technology, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience: You have several years of experience in energy consulting, energy efficiency, decarbonization, technical planning, process integration, pinch analyses, or plant construction.
• Technical Understanding: You are interested in industrial energy flows, process engineering, heat recovery, process heat, and technical implementation measures.
• Responsibility: You enjoy taking on responsibility and providing technical support to employees.
• Languages / IT: Good German and English skills, as well as confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are required.
