The University of Stuttgart, founded in 1829, is a leading technology-oriented university with around 21,000 students, more than 5,500 employees, and two campus areas. The University of Stuttgart will celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2029. In line with its prominent role as an attractive place to study, a globally recognized research university, an impulse generator for innovation, and one of the largest employers in the state capital of Stuttgart, it will create an inspiring and festive anniversary year in 2029.

The preparation and implementation of the anniversary will be handled by a central project team that conceives, manages, and realizes the essential anniversary formats and coordinates cooperation with internal and external partners. As part of the team, we are looking for an experienced project manager to operatively implement and coordinate the anniversary project starting in September 2026.

We Offer

An interesting and challenging task in a dedicated and motivated team in the Rectorate Office of the University of Stuttgart with high visibility and scope for action within the framework of a fixed-term employment until March 2030. Remuneration will be according to Entgeltgruppe E13 TV-L, depending on personal qualifications. Flexible working hours, good work-life balance, and diverse further training opportunities are available to you.
