In this role, you support the preparation and coordination of aircraft deliveries. The focus is on ferry flights, customer satisfaction, documentation and operational alignment.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the preparation of ferry flights for aircraft deliveries
• Ensure relevant documents and authority-related requirements
• Align required ground support activities with internal and external partners
• Coordinate security- and customs-related steps within the delivery process
• Support customer-related requirements around the ferry flight
• Handle documentation, budget tracking and improvement activities in delivery processes

Your profile

• Completed technical, commercial or business-related qualification
• Experience in customer service, project management or communication management
• Knowledge of civil aviation or related documentation is an advantage
• Experience in flight operations or ground handling is desirable
• Customer-oriented, flexible and communicative working style
• Advanced German and fluent English skills
