Project Manager (all gender) – Global HR Software Rollout

Your Tasks
As HR Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, steering, and successful implementation of a global HR software – from the initial coordination to the worldwide rollout. You ensure that the solution supports our corporate goals, is implemented globally consistently, and meets the requirements of all relevant stakeholders (employees, managers, IT, HR, departments, and management).
- You will lead our strategic, already started project "UNITE" and successfully bring it to implementation.
- Together with an expert team, you will be responsible for the scope across the entire Employee Life Cycle – including master and organizational data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning & development, talent management, and onboarding & offboarding.
- You will orchestrate the collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- You will lead an international project team, define clear roles and responsibilities, and strengthen collaboration across country borders.
- You will keep an eye on progress, budget, and milestones, and report regularly to top management.
- You will ensure seamless integration into existing systems and drive the harmonization of global HR processes.
- You will design change management and communication, be responsible for the conception and execution of training, and thus ensure a successful go-live for end-users and HR teams.
What You Bring
- Completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable education or qualification
- Several years of experience in international implementation projects as well as sound project and change management know-how
- (HR system knowledge, e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, or Oracle HCM, is a plus)
- Strong communication and moderation skills, intercultural competence, as well as pronounced problem-solving and decision-making abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoy developing people, delegating responsibility, and creating clear structures – with an authentic, pragmatic leadership style
- Very good German and English skills; further languages are welcome
- Willingness to travel for implementation-related project phases
