Your Tasks with Us

• Planning, coordination and control of technical projects in the automotive environment
• Leadership and control of interdisciplinary project teams across all project phases
• Responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines, and project goals
• Communication and coordination with customers, specialist departments, and external partners
• Analysis of project risks and development and implementation of suitable countermeasures
• Handling of technical problems and support in claims management
• Control of the entire project process from inquiry to successful series release
• Creation of project status reports and presentation of project results internally and externally
• Support with process optimizations and continuous improvement of existing workflows
• Collaboration with common automotive standards and development processes such as ASPICE

What We Expect From You

• Successfully completed technical or business administration studies or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, a technical apprenticeship or further training, e.g., as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the automotive environment
• Technical understanding of development and production processes
• Knowledge of common automotive processes and quality standards
• Experience with project management methods and ideally ASPICE
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and high team orientation
• Very good German and English skills
