What we're looking for

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Sound knowledge of the construction technology process on a construction site and in costing
• IT affinity with very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good user knowledge in a costing program is an advantage (e.g. RIB-iTWO)
• Teamwork skills, meticulous work approach, accuracy, and reliability

Your contribution with us

• Responsible for the preparation of calculations for track construction projects
• Evaluation of tender documents and cost estimation through price inquiries
• Preparation of offers with the involvement of internal/external specialists and subcontractors
• Incoming inspection and recording of subcontractor offers and material inquiries
• Preparation of order and work calculations
• Quantity determination in the team
• Maintenance of calculation data
