Who we are looking for

As a Project Manager & Business Developer, you will take on a key operational role in the implementation and coordination of projects as well as the further development of new business opportunities. You will work closely with management, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently, pragmatically, and on time.

The focus of this role is not only on planning but especially on active execution and support of day-to-day business. You will be hands-on operationally, keep an overview of ongoing projects, and ensure that tasks are reliably executed and processes are driven forward.

This position is suitable for dedicated individuals with a hands-on mentality who take responsibility, enjoy organizing, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Your Tasks

Operational Project Management

• Active participation in the implementation and coordination of ongoing projects
• Organization, management, and tracking of tasks, timelines, and project workflows
• Operational support of management in administrative and project-related activities
• Coordination between internal teams, external partners, and clients
• Ensuring smooth information and communication flow
• Monitoring open pending items and independently following up with stakeholders
• Support in optimizing and structuring internal processes and workflows

Business Development

• Support in the implementation of growth and business development strategies
• Conducting market, industry, and competitor analyses
• Identification and coordination of new business opportunities and partnerships
• Management and further development of existing customer and partner relationships
• Participation in due diligence processes, business cases, and strategic projects
• Creation of presentations, reports, and decision papers

Your Profile

• Completed degree or further education in business administration, management, project management, or comparable
• Solid professional experience in project management, business development, operations, or a similar function
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational execution and coordination
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
• Entrepreneurial thinking and quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
• Very good German and English language skills
