Your Tasks

• Responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, including change management, and for the control and implementation of complex IT projects
• Development and implementation of digital strategy projects for the modernization of the company's system and process landscape in close coordination with management and other departments
• Identification, evaluation, and implementation of digital technologies and technological developments for continuous optimization of the IT infrastructure as well as business processes and production workflows
• Further development of ERP, CRM, and other IT systems, expansion and optimization of interfaces, including integration projects for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI**)

Our Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or computer science; alternatively, you have an equivalent technical qualification with a strong IT focus
• Project management and leadership experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, as well as in the digitalization of business processes, including change management
• Sound knowledge in software integration, Big Data, Industry 4.0, production control, and industrial automation
• Experience in workflow systems and digital project data rooms, as well as business management knowledge
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• You convince with your confident and down-to-earth demeanor and bring an innovative and cooperative working style combined with empathetic leadership strength
