Project Manager Engineering & Production*

The Position

• Independent leadership and coordination of technical projects in the production environment
• Planning and implementation of investment and optimization measures
• Analysis and further development of existing manufacturing and production processes
• Coordination with internal specialist departments as well as external partners and suppliers
• Creation of technical specifications and project documents
• Ensuring project goals regarding quality, budget, and timing
• Support for automation and efficiency improvement projects

The Ideal Candidate

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production technology, process engineering, or comparable
• Experience in technical project management in a manufacturing company
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Good German and English skills
