We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) who will independently manage customer projects from the initial analysis to successful go-live.

What awaits you (unvarnished)

The role: You are the linchpin for your customers. You analyze their processes, develop solutions, and implement them together with them. You conduct workshops, train users, and accompany go-lives. You make decisions – yourself. Without ten inquiries to anyone.

Specifically:

  • Independent management of implementation projects (you steer, you decide)
  • Workshops, training sessions, and go-lives at the customer's site (approx. 40-50% travel, 2-4 days at a time)
  • Analysis of customer processes, development of customized solutions
  • Presentations to managing directors, HR managers, IT departments

Plain text: You will be on the road with the customer a lot. If you prefer to work only remotely, this is the wrong job. But if you love direct contact and like to see how your solutions are received – then it fits.

What you should bring

Technical:

  • Completed degree (Business, Business Informatics, HR, Project Management) or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in project management, ideally with software/IT projects
  • Basic technical understanding (IT architectures, interfaces, APIs – you don't have to be a developer, but you need to understand what is being talked about)
  • Very good German skills, good English skills

Personal:

  • You want to take responsibility and make decisions yourself – without having every step approved
  • You focus on customer needs and find pragmatic solutions
  • You can explain complex topics so that everyone understands them
  • You keep an overview even with parallel projects
  • Traveling (2-4 days at a time) doesn't stress you out, but is part of the job for you
  • You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself – professionally and personally
