Your Responsibilities

• Lead services for plant, assembly, and commissioning activities.
• Plan and manage service projects as well as the execution of service‑related repairs.
• Oversee and track repair processes and service work in our workshops.
• Support product‑ and process‑management teams; contribute to the continuous improvement of machines and plants, including data collection and reporting.
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with customers, ensuring accurate data provision in the relevant systems.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of individual machines for training, optimisation, or troubleshooting purposes.
• Assist order management on large‑scale projects.

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent).
• Strong technical understanding and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to pursue further training and development.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
