Role

In this role, you shape trade fair appearances and exhibits as effective communication spaces for brand messages, stories, and strategies. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and realizing sophisticated trade fair and exhibition solutions, keeping an eye on all project phases. You will work closely with interdisciplinary experts from design and architecture and manage an international network of partners. You ensure that appearances at trade fairs, forums, conferences, and events are professionally implemented and precisely meet the clients' objectives. Through your structured approach, communication skills, and quality awareness, you manage national and international projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• You lead project teams for trade fair construction, event, and exhibit projects.
• In this role, you support national and international clients throughout all project phases.
• You develop concepts, offers, and presentations for compelling trade fair appearances.
• As a project manager for trade fair appearances and exhibits, you calculate and realize trade fair projects and events.
• You coordinate the CAD, design, graphics, technical, logistics, and controlling departments for smooth implementation.
• In this role, you manage projects and budgets with responsibility for economic project results and sustainable customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• You have a completed apprenticeship relevant to the field of work, ideally in a trade (e.g., carpenter, joiner) or a suitable degree (e.g., engineering, computer science, architecture/design).
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in trade fair planning and organization.
• You work in a structured manner and have sound project management experience.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and have a service- and customer-oriented approach.
• You enjoy organizing, working in a team, and are characterized by your sense of humor.
• You are willing to travel and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
