Your Responsibilities

• Project management, project opening, leading the project team
• Creation of project documentation (project plans, task distribution, calculations, etc.)
• Coordination of detailed planning and creation of a project requirements specification by the project team
• Participation in significant awarding negotiations, including preparation and negotiation of additional/reduced costs (claim management)
• Creation of requirements specifications together with the project team for external contracts
• Managing relationships with customers and strategic partners
• Monitoring project progress (deadlines, costs, etc.) and risk management
• Coordination of final acceptance, as well as in the creation/handover of documentation
• Holding regular core team and project meetings
• Conducting project closing discussions and creating a final report
• Project discussions with customers / suppliers on-site (international)
• Interface between customers and internal departments for all project-relevant requirements

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (automation technology, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering)
• Relevant professional experience in a project environment; initial project-related experience is desired for graduates
• Economic understanding of project processes and contexts
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, MS Project, etc.)
• Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (worldwide) approx. 25%

Our Offer

Compensation and Benefits: The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,396.21 gross/month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification and professional experience. Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.
