Projektmanager SAP (m/w/d) – IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Project Management department within Group IT and further development of methods, standards, and processes
• Control and coordination of internal and external IT teams in the context of complex ERP system landscapes (including SAP S/4HANA)
• Preparation and implementation of a group-wide SAP S/4HANA rollout including the establishment of scalable project management structures (PRINCE2 Agile, Jira)
• Leadership and successful implementation of strategic IT projects (e.g., Windows 11 rollout, AI initiatives, Data Warehouse & Reporting, digital platforms)
• Recording, analysis, and translation of business requirements into technical solutions, as well as moderation of workshops and budget planning
• Definition, implementation, and documentation of IT and project management processes, as well as participation in the Group IT strategy

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a medium-sized environment and in international SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects
• Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers, including close collaboration with management and relevant decision-makers
• Good understanding of business processes within companies, as well as fluent communication in German and English in an international environment
