What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for the holistic management of our door projects in Germany – from technical planning and budget and schedule monitoring to final acceptance.
• In close coordination with the customers, you will develop the technical specifications and ensure that all requirements are precisely handed over to production.
• As a central point of contact, you will coordinate the cooperation between customers, internal production, and external partners to ensure a smooth project flow.
• You will proactively monitor project progress, identify risks early on, and ensure full transparency for all stakeholders through regular reporting.
• You will be on-site at the construction sites regularly to ensure quality and personally accompany the successful handover of projects.

What you should bring?

• Technical training or studies (e.g., civil engineering, wood technology, mechanical engineering, or similar)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a project manager
• Experience in project management, ideally in doors or interior finishing
• Structured way of working, organizational talent, and enjoyment of working with people
• Willingness to travel in Germany
• You speak good English and very good German
