Within B. Braun Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for a Project Manager (w/m/d) Suture / Suture – Training Management in field service for the Southern region for the Surgery & Interventions business unit as soon as possible.

Through a strong sales team in the operating room (customer retention sales) with a focus on suture material, stapler sutures, and disposable products in minimally invasive surgery, we are establishing a network of opinion leaders and supporting our customers every day in the operating room during the use of our products. This gives us a strong market presence and ensures the sustainable establishment of our product portfolio.

By complementing close customer loyalty, intensive support in the operating room, innovative supply concepts, and our project management, we act as a concept provider in the market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of surgical product and application training for medical personnel in the OR environment – including user training and introductions of new technologies
• Conceptual (further) development of innovative surgical training concepts in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners with a focus on general and visceral surgery, thoracic, heart, and vascular surgery
• Conception, coordination, and execution of indication-specific hospitations together with Marketing
• Further development of simulation techniques and establishment and maintenance of cooperation with anatomical institutes
• Technical device management during workshops

Professional Competencies:

• Completed vocational training in the medical field (OR nurse / sister, OTA) or several years of operational or clinical experience
• Ideally, experience in the conceptual development & execution of further and continuing education events
• Confident demeanor in the OR and confident handling of users from cutting disciplines as well as OR nursing
• Didactic competence and enjoyment in conducting training and education sessions
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working with high reliability
• Sound product and application knowledge of the relevant surgical portfolios and confident handling of specimens
• Very good organizational skills and confident IT skills (MS Office)
• Good technical understanding in handling medical devices
• Good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
• Teamwork, commitment, and professional appearance
• High willingness to travel within the area of responsibility
