Your New Role

• Project responsibility for the introduction and further development of the marketing automation solution, including planning, control, and responsibility for deadlines, budget, and quality. You will coordinate external implementation partners and anchor the project structurally in TRUMPF's global project landscape.
• In close cooperation with Marketing, IT, and specialist departments, you will conceptualize globally applicable marketing automation solutions. You will analyze requirements and business processes, define requirements, and manage external implementation partners throughout the entire project.
• You will be responsible for the global rollout of the marketing automation software from planning to worldwide implementation. Through documentation, training, and international user support, you will ensure that the solution is used sustainably and effectively.
• As a Business Technology Manager, you will ensure globally consistent and compliant use of marketing technologies and support international pilots and implementations. You will confidently translate technical requirements into technical specifications, thus creating a reliable bridge between specialist departments and IT.
• You will be responsible for Application Ownership for the central e-mail marketing tool with regard to operation, quality assurance, and further development. This includes managing service providers, coordinating tests and acceptances, and providing 2nd and 3rd level support.

What Excites Us About You

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Sales, or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis. Decisive is your demonstrable experience in the introduction and rollout of a marketing automation solution, ideally Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• You bring sound professional experience in digital marketing, the marketing technology environment, or marketing automation. On this basis, you will confidently support projects from conception to global implementation.
• A very good understanding of marketing and sales processes and their mapping in systems, such as in lead management, campaign control, or e-mail marketing, characterizes you. This is complemented by your high affinity for IT systems, interfaces, and data flows, as well as experience in collaborating with IT, data protection, and information security.
• You apply strong project management skills in planning, control, and stakeholder coordination in international project contexts. Experience in global implementation projects is an advantage.
• With strong communication and moderation skills, you will constructively and purposefully shape the exchange with marketing, IT, and external partners. A structured, independent way of working with a strong sense of responsibility, as well as very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, complete your profile.
