For our B. Braun Facility Services GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of B. Braun, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Building Services at the Berlin location as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the planning, execution, and/or coordination of projects within the BFS area of responsibility and for providing technical support to operations at the supported locations.
• You coordinate and manage MEP projects within the BFS area of responsibility and specify the requirements for MEP, including guidelines for operations.
• You are the point of contact for all questions regarding media supply and operational technology and ensure media supply in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of the specialist departments.
• In addition to managing, coordinating, and controlling external service providers and their commissioning, you support specialist planners and external companies in the realization of upcoming and ongoing projects.
• If necessary, you will accompany external audits and coordinate internal audits.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Building Services, Building Technology, MEP, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project management of technical building equipment.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and/or refrigeration technology as well as electrical engineering is desirable.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident handling of relevant standards, regulations, and software tools in the field of MEP.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
