Your Role – Influence on Architecture and Projects

In dieser Funktion sind Sie nicht primär im klassischen Verkauf tätig. Sie agieren als Sparringpartner für Architekten und Planer und bringen Ihre Expertise gezielt in anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte ein.

Your Focus Areas:

• Early Project Support
  • You support projects already in the concept and design phase
  • You actively bring facade systems into the architectural discussion
• Technical Consultation with Design Focus
  • Support with materialization, detail development, and surface concepts
  • Consultation on topics such as building physics, sustainability, and durability
  • Involvement in material selections and design solutions
• Building Architectural Partnerships
  • Build and maintain a network with architectural firms and specialist planners
  • Dialogue at eye level – you speak the language of architecture
• Project Development with Impact
  • Identification of relevant construction projects
  • Strategic development of projects through to realization
  • Collaboration with execution teams to ensure architectural quality
