Your Tasks and Challenges with Us

• Independent implementation of exciting projects (concept, planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up) in the area of (omnichannel) events in close coordination with project management
• Operational control of individual project components and interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from other specialist areas
• Participation in creative brainstorming and development of holistic event and communication concepts – increasingly with the inclusion of digital mechanisms and social media, etc.
• Research, inquiry, and coordination of service providers, partners, locations, artists, exhibition stand construction companies, and hotels
• Support and consultation of clients in day-to-day business in coordination with project management
• Expansion of existing customer relationships
• Creation of concept presentations for new and existing customers
• Creation and maintenance of cost plans, offers, and invoices
• Ensuring smooth project workflows and continuous optimization of internal processes together with the team
• Coordination of external partners and management of smaller project teams or sub-projects

What We Expect from You

• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management – ideally in an agency or in close cooperation with agencies
• Completed apprenticeship or comparable degree in event management, marketing, or communication
• Experience in creating event and communication concepts as well as presenting them
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid knowledge of the event industry, the MICE business, and related areas
• Interest in current media, event, show, and staging trends
• Structured, organized way of working with a high quality standard
• Basic commercial understanding and good numerical understanding
• Confident demeanor, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
