What is GIHK?
The basis for funding is the ESF+ guideline "Sustainable Social Urban Development 2021–2027" from the Saxon State Ministry for Regional Development. The goal is to strengthen informal child and youth education as well as social integration in socially disadvantaged urban areas, especially in Hoyerswerda Neustadt.
The city of Hoyerswerda implements this funding through the Area-Based Integrated Action Concept (GIHK) to counteract structural disadvantages with specific projects and measures in residential areas.
Your Tasks in the GIHK Workshop
- Targeted network work (cooperation and communication with providers, city administration, public, and funding bodies, event management)
- Development, testing, and further development of new project approaches and fields of action
- Quality assurance and impact monitoring for steering the overall project
- Preparation of the next application phase
Who We Are Looking For
- Completed studies in social sciences or comparable fields, also welcome for career starters
- High communication and teamwork skills as well as strong social competencies
- Knowledge in project management and the creation of technical concepts and reports
- Knowledge in the administration of funding desirable
- Structured and independent way of working
- Identification with the mission statement and fields of work of RAA
- Driver's license and own car desirable
What We Offer
- Further job title: Social Sciences; Humanities
- Employment scope up to 1.0 FTE (39 hours/week) with flexible working hours
- Remuneration in accordance with TVöD E9 (previous experience may be credited)
- Start of employment: immediately, fixed term until December 31, 2027
- High chance of continued employment if GIHK is successfully extended from 2028 onwards
- Work location Hoyerswerda, partial mobile working possible
- Further training and development opportunities as well as interdisciplinary exchange
- Home office: By agreement
